The classic Stroop task: tap the colour of the ink, not the word. It trains the skill of holding back an automatic response.

Each word is painted in a different colour. Tap the colour of the ink — as fast and as carefully as you can.

Tip: the word will pull your attention — that's the point. Slow down a little if you make mistakes; accuracy matters more than speed. Needs good colour vision; not suitable for colour-blind clients.
